Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bob Nweave (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hans Hanssen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Hans Hanssen was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Matti Vanhoillinen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Hanssen. No joy for Nweave on that attempt.
Hanssen fails with the takedown
and Nweave counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Hanssen!
Hanssen is trying desperately to improve position.
Nweave is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Hanssen has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Hanssen!
Hanssen postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hanssen controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Hanssen trying to control but Nweave is working from the bottom.

Hanssen pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Nweave is keeping the position for now.
Nweave is looking for a triangle but Hanssen pushes his legs off easily.
Hanssen postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Hanssen must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Hanssen is looking to advance position but Nweave has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
Hanssen is wriggling around trying to escape.
Hanssen is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Nweave trying to control but Hanssen is having none of it.
Nweave avoids the attempt from Hanssen to control.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Nweave looking to secure an arm triangle but Hanssen defends it well.
Hanssen swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
Hanssen tries to reverse the position but Nweave maintains control.
Hanssen wants to control but Nweave is having none of it.
Hanssen really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Nweave wants to control the pace but Hanssen is squirming around nicely.

Nweave looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Hanssen is in all sorts of trouble here.
Nweave takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Nweave's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Nweave manages to capitalize on a mistake by Hanssen to take his back!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Nweave is working for a rear naked choke. Hanssen is not defending it well and Nweave has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Hanssen refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Hanssen's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Bob Nweave!
