The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith fails in his attempt to clinch.
Le slips a jab and a cross from Smith.
No joy there for Le, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Le is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Smith.

It looks like Kong Le has been cut.
Smith misses with a wild combination.
Le fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Smith looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Le throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Smith looks gassed!
Smith throws a combination that misses
and Le counters with a big head kick but Smith shrugs it off.
Le connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Le throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Smith swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A head kick misses from Le.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Le, right into the meat.

Smith is rocked!
Marcus Smith seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Smith tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Smith is still on wobbly legs! Can Le finish him?

A head kick by Le - that's a beauty! Smith is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Le can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
