Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cripple Tron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chubbs Peterson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Cripple Tron! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Chubbs Peterson! The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Alexandre Firmino and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Peterson swings for the body but Tron moves out of range.
Tron misses with a wild body shot. Tron scores with a jab. Peterson acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Tron throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Peterson's waist but Peterson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tron off to one side. Peterson darts in and clinches Tron up against the cage. Peterson wants to get back to striking at distance but Tron won't allow it.
Tron lands an elbow inside. Tron with an attempt at a knee that misses.
A short uppercut from Tron.
Peterson is rocked! Peterson is looking to break free of the clinch but Tron has double underhooks. Peterson is still on wobbly legs! Can Tron finish him? Tron manages to break the clinch.
Tron doesn't manage to clinch there - Peterson circles away.
Peterson seems to have recovered his senses. Tron misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Peterson misses with a double jab.
Peterson circles away from the clinch attempt letting Peterson counter with a right hand. Peterson with a hook. Peterson takes one on the button. Tron throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Peterson misses with a head kick.
Tron thows a body shot but no joy. Oh, that's a big right hand from Tron and Peterson goes tumbling to the canvas! Tron follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tron looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Tron wants to control but Peterson is keeping him busy. Peterson is defending against the submission attempts here by Tron.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Peterson is trying to stand.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Peterson is trying to get back to full guard. Tron is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Peterson has a hand on Tron's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Tron takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! Tron fails to take his opponent's back. Tron is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Peterson is surviving well by controlling Tron's body position as best he can. Peterson is trying to escape the mount but Tron keeps good control and instead manages to take Peterson's back.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Peterson showing good submission defense here.
Tron is breathing heavily. Tron is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Peterson has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Tron has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Peterson taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Tron doesn't care though - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Cripple Tron!
