The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Andrew Berry and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riffel shoots in for a takedown but Chrome shows good takedown defense.
Chrome lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Chrome.
Riffel takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Chrome looks to land a right hand but Riffel moved out of range.
Riffel doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Chrome counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Chrome fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Riffel to the ground. Chrome is now in Riffel's guard.
Chrome throws an elbow that misses. Riffel uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Chrome's guard. Nice move by Riffel!
Chrome is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Riffel wants to control from the top but Chrome keeps moving.
Riffel might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Chrome kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
