Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hunter Hearst Hogan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcel Thuram (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hogan comes to the cage accompanied by The Game. Thuram is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Dario G - Carneval de Paris. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hogan clinches with his opponent.
Thuram can't break the clinch.
Hogan is looking to take this one to the mat.
Thuram is trying to force a seperation but Hogan has the dominant position.
Hogan tries for a takedown but Thuram manages to get underhooks.
Hogan tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Thuram just stands there and leans against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hunter Hearst Hogan. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Thuram has Hogan pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Hogan manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Hogan lands with a thumping leg kick.
Thuram lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Hogan at a distance.
Hogan takes one on the button.
Thuram feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Thuram connects with a leg kick. Hogan looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Thuram misses with a takedown attempt - Hogan sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Hogan gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Hogan tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Thuram is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Hogan buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Hogan!! Hogan is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Thuram throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
