McGarry takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
McGarry closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Keane wants to control from the top but McGarry keeps moving.

McGarry postures up in Keane's guard and throws a big left but Keane blocks it.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells McGarry's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

McGarry drops back looking for a leg! Keane is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Keane manages to kick McGarry off! McGarry jumps back into Keane's guard.
McGarry throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
McGarry is looking to work some ground and pound but Keane has wrist control.
McGarry postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
McGarry postures up and lands a big shot to Keane's brow.

Keane is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst McGarry is controlling him.
McGarry throws a strike but Keane rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
McGarry is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Keane is aware though and is defending well.

McGarry has his foot on Keane's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Keane works his way back into a safe position though.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

McGarry is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round but I would say that Leo McGarry will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
McGarry shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than McGarry was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Keane is wriggling around trying to escape.
Leo McGarry overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
McGarry is landing with some decent strikes but Keane is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
McGarry scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Keane is in a horrible position here. McGarry smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

McGarry jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Keane manages to avoid the submission attempt.

McGarry arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Keane's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
