Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Evan Henderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Snitch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jon Snitch told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Evan Henderson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jon Snitch! The judges for this bout are , and .
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Snitch tries to clinch up but Henderson circles away and keeps his distance. Henderson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Snitch swivels and escapes. Henderson shoots in looking for a takedown but Snitch manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Henderson's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Henderson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Snitch defends it nicely. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Evan Henderson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Snitch stuffs the takedown attempt from Henderson. Henderson gets slowly back to his feet. Snitch is looking to clinch.
Snitch looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Snitch throwing shots but Henderson is blocking nicely. Snitch looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Henderson is looking to improve his position.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Snitch sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Henderson defending well though. Henderson regains full guard. Nicely done. Snitch controls from within his opponent's guard. Henderson trying to keep a closed guard but Snitch is proving a slippery customer.

 The ref stands the fighters back up. Jon Snitch was stalling too much, according to the referee. Snitch throws a head kick that misses. Henderson fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Henderson tries to clinch but Snitch moves out of range.
Henderson shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Snitch manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Henderson being controlled here momentarily. Snitch trying to control the position.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Henderson throwing strikes but missing.
Snitch is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Henderson is aware though and is defending well. Snitch looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Snitch has Henderson pulled in close to control his posture. Snitch bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Henderson's guard. Henderson not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Henderson escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Snitch gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Henderson wants to stand up but Snitch is controlling him. Henderson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Snitch controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Snitch forces his way into half guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Snitch is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Henderson has managed to free his arm - good work.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Henderson is trying to stand up here but Snitch is controlling him well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Snitch throws the kick towards the body but Henderson avoids it. Henderson fails to land the takedown. Snitch tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Henderson was well out of range. Poor timing from Snitch. Snitch takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Henderson takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Henderson gets caught flat footed, as Snitch shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Snitch scoring with some ground and pound. Snitch is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Snitch working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Snitch advances position into side control!
Snitch tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Snitch lands a decent elbow from side control.
Snitch tries for a kimura but Henderson is defending well. Snitch takes a little break here. Henderson wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Snitch advances nicely into full mount.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Henderson is desperately trying to improve his position but Snitch has a good base and remains in mount. Snitch raining down shots from the mount! Snitch controlling the pace for now. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Snitch has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Henderson's face.
Snitch tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Henderson is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. Snitch looking to control and managing it successfully. Henderson is looking to improve his position but Snitch isn't that keen on the idea.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Snitch looking to control and managing it successfully. Henderson working to try and regain half guard.
Snitch tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Snitch with a couple of short strikes. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Snitch controlling the pace for now. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Snitch breaks from Henderson's wrist control and lands an elbow. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jon Snitch showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Snitch tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Henderson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Henderson pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Henderson shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Snitch napping and manages to drive through into side control! Snitch tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Henderson wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Snitch manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Henderson regains full guard. Nicely done. Snitch stands up over Henderson, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Snitch trying to control but Henderson is working from the bottom. Snitch not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Snitch stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Henderson swivels though and keeps the full guard.
 The ref stands the fighters back up. Jon Snitch was stalling too much, according to the referee. Snitch slips a straight right by Henderson. Snitch dives in and grabs Henderson's left leg, looking for a takedown. Henderson pushes down on Snitch's head and hops out.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Snitch enables Henderson to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Snitch manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Henderson trying to control the position from guard on top but Snitch is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Snitch managing to control the position.
Snitch looking for a triangle here. Henderson is fighting it but it looks tight! Snitch pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Henderson is tapping out - this one is all over!
