Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Garrick Ballantyne!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Elvis Blanc and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jane throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Ballantyne counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Jane misses with a wild body shot.
Jane tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Ballantyne is looking to score with low kicks.
Jane jabs Ballantyne right on the nose. Ballantyne blinks but takes it well.
Ballantyne checks a low kick from Jane.
Jane ducks under a wild hook from Ballantyne.
Ballantyne moves out of range of the leg kick from Jane.
Jane throws a leg kick
and Ballantyne connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
A jab from Jane misses.
Ballantyne moves in looking to clinch but Jane pushes him off.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Jane throws a right and a left that Ballantyne avoids nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jane misses the shot to the body.
Ballantyne throws a right hand that misses
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Jane keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Ballantyne moves away from the strike by Jane.
Jane pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Jane smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Ballantyne ducks under a wild hook from Jane.
Ballantyne fails in his attempt to clinch.
An inside leg kick from Jane misses.
Jane lands with an overhand left.
Jane connects with an inside leg kick.
Ballantyne throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Jane scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jane fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Ballantyne has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Jane avoids the body shot from Ballantyne.
Jane ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Jane lands with a cross.

BAM! Jane delivers a spinning backfist that drops Ballantyne like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!
