10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Arnold Gutt! The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Emerson Jorge and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dos Equis Guy lands with a right hand.
It looks like Arnold Gutt has been cut. A bone on bone clash there as Dos Equis Guy blocks the leg kick.
Gutt looks to throw a body kick and Dos Equis Guy counters with a thumping low kick. Gutt tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Dos Equis Guy lands a nice leg kick that just misses Gutt's sensitive parts. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Dos Equis Guy dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Gutt tries to land a front kick but Dos Equis Guy steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Dos Equis Guy connects with a crisp jab. The Dos Equis Guy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dos Equis Guy blocks the body kick.
Gutt plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Dos Equis Guy looks to land a body kick but Gutt moved away. Dos Equis Guy misses with a few strikes there.
Nice shot by Dos Equis Guy. Dos Equis Guy looks to throw the jab but Gutt is out of range. Gutt's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Dos Equis Guy connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Gutt scrambles back to his feet. Gutt throws a nice outside leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dos Equis Guy fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Gutt checks it well. Dos Equis Guy jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Gutt uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Dos Equis Guy. Dos Equis Guy cracks Gutt with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
That has opened up Arnold Gutt's cut even more. Dos Equis Guy tests Gutt's chin there with a solid looking shot. Dos Equis Guy throws an ugly left hook that misses
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Good shot there by Gutt. Dos Equis Guy does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Gutt throws a half hearted mid kick. That kick from Gutt tenderised Dos Equis Guy's leg. Dos Equis Guy is trying to keep his angry face on. Gutt throws a lazy body kick and Dos Equis Guy counters with a head kick. A low kick from Dos Equis Guy misses and Gutt counters with an outside leg kick.

Gutt lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Some bone on bone action there as Dos Equis Guy checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Dos Equis Guy cracks the inside of Gutt's front leg. Dos Equis Guy feints and then cracks Gutt's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Gutt down. Gutt moves out of range as Dos Equis Guy strikes. Dos Equis Guy lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Dos Equis Guy feints and then cracks Gutt's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Gutt down. Gutt misses with a straight right. Dos Equis Guy throws a nice inside leg kick. Gutt looks gassed! Gutt pivots, looking for a leg kick but Dos Equis Guy is out of range and Gutt settles back down. Dos Equis Guy buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Dos Equis Guy tests Gutt's chin there with a solid looking shot. Dos Equis Guy lands a jab to the head.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Dos Equis Guy throws a leg kick that misses. Dos Equis Guy cracks the inside of Gutt's front leg. Dos Equis Guy cracks the inside of Gutt's front leg. Dos Equis Guy scoring well with a low kick there.
Dos Equis Guy clinches. Dos Equis Guy throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Dos Equis Guy scores with a shot to the side of Gutt's head. Dos Equis Guy lands a left hand that snaps the head of Gutt backwards. Dos Equis Guy lands with a short head shot on the inside. Dos Equis Guy breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Dos Equis Guy misses with a hook
and Gutt counters with a low kick, right behind Dos Equis Guy 's knee. Gutt's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Dos Equis Guy connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Gutt scrambles back to his feet. Dos Equis Guy sizes up Gutt with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Arnold Gutt's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters. Dos Equis Guy darts in and clinches Gutt up against the cage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
The Dos Equis Guy dominated that round. The cut man is working on Arnold Gutt's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Dos Equis Guy keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Dos Equis Guy throws a leg kick but Gutt sees it coming and checks it nicely. Jab by Dos Equis Guy. Gutt lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Dos Equis Guy circles away quickly and effectively. Dos Equis Guy misses with a low kick.
Dos Equis Guy connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Gutt's hands.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Arnold Gutt's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
