Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fabricio Werdum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shaq Mister T (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mister T has chosen Coolio - Gangster's Paradise as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Fabricio Werdum!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Shaq Mister T!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Saam Ante and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Werdum fails with a takedown attempt.
Mister T looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Mister T gets a takedown into half guard.
Mister T thows a huge punch but Werdum dodges it nicely.
Mister T looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Werdum actively working from the bottom here.

Mister T takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Werdum looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Mister T throws a strike but Werdum avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
Mister T throwing strikes from guard but Werdum blocks nicely.
Mister T got a little sloppy there for a moment and Werdum has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Mister T has managed to get both his arms back between Werdum's legs - danger averted.

Werdum has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Mister T can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Mister T has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Werdum is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Mister T drops back looking for a leg! Werdum is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Werdum manages to kick Mister T off! Mister T jumps back into Werdum's guard.
Mister T wants to stand but Werdum is controlling his posture from full guard.

Mister T postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Werdum is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Mister T, into his guard.
Mister T is trying to keep Werdum in close.
Werdum is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Werdum got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mister T has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Werdum has managed to get both his arms back between Mister T's legs - danger averted.
Mister T is looking for a triangle but Werdum pushes his legs off easily.
Werdum trying to control the position from guard on top but Mister T is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Werdum thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Werdum could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Mister T throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Werdum working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Mister T keeping moving, preventing Werdum from controlling successfully.
Werdum with a flurry of punches that miss.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Fabricio Werdum will probably get the nod.

Fabricio Werdum seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Werdum doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Mister T counters with a takedown into side control.
Mister T has hold of Werdum's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Werdum seems comfortable defending it but Mister T has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Werdum is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Werdum is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Mister T couldn't care less - he's delighted!
