Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Wrestlerr Mr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rez Cortez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mr's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Calvin Harris- Awooga. Rez Cortez told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Stewart Dunkirk and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mr tries to score a power double leg takedown but Cortez sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Mr somewhat.
Cortez scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Mr closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Cortez's guard.
Mr is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Cortez tries to strike from the bottom.
Mr showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
Mr's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Wrestlerr Mr wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Cortez tries to bum rush Mr with a series of wild strikes but Mr uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Mr fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Cortez avoids it really well and circles away.
Mr shoots in but no luck this time.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Wrestlerr Mr. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Cortez tries to bum rush Mr with a series of wild strikes but Mr uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Mr fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Cortez stuffs the takedown attempt from Mr. Mr gets slowly back to his feet.
Mr is breathing heavily.
Cortez scores with a hook.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
A nice combination there by Cortez.
Cortez cracks Mr with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Mr shoots in and drives through. Cortez sprawls well.
Cortez scores with a one two! Mr had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Cortez connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Mr! He's out on his feet! Cortez rushes in and drops Mr with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
