Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hjalmar Klason (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Borris Khalidov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Klason's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, (Hed) Pe - Raise Hell. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Borris Khalidov!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Fedor Mirinova and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Khalidov with that takedown attempt.
Khalidov fails with the takedown.
Khalidov doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Klason counters with a straight right hand.
Hjalmar Klason has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Borris Khalidov.
Klason stuffs the takedown.
Klason dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Khalidov takes one to the side of the head.
Khalidov walks forward, straight into a front kick from Klason.
Klason looks to land a left hand but Khalidov moved out of range nicely.
Khalidov moves out of range of the strikes.
Khalidov has his takedown stuffed
enabling Klason to counter with a crisp jab.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Klason connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Khalidov looks gassed!
Khalidov is trying hard to land a takedown here. Klason sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Klason takes a swing at Khalidov's ribcage but misses.
Khalidov with a lazy takedown attempt
and Klason counters with a three punch combo that has Khalidov backing up. Khalidov nods at Klason to acknowledge the strikes.

Klason lands with a cross.
Klason lands a big uppercut and Khalidov crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Khalidov looks OK. Klason waves Khalidov back to his feet!
Khalidov is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Klason lands a right hook to the body.
Khalidov is still on wobbly legs! Can Klason finish him?
and Klason counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Khalidov! He's just covering up as Klason starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hjalmar Klason!
Hjalmar Klason was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
