Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tyson Waters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Owen Poll (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Waters's entrance music is Devour-Shinedown. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Waters closes the distance and clinches up with Poll, looking for a takedown. Waters pushes Poll against the cage but Poll circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Waters moves in looking to clinch but Poll pushes him off.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Poll, as that shot connected.

Waters fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Poll sprawls well initially but Waters persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
