Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Henry Nobility (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergei Dragunov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Henry Nobility has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Henry Nobility!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Sergei Dragunov!
The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Felipe Paraventi and Thiago Cunha.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nobility shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Dragunov sprawls well. Dragunov wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Nobility gets slowly back to his feet.

Dragunov has Nobility up against the cage in a clinch.
Dragunov is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Nobility gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Dragunov wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Nobility turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Nobility manages to end up in side control.
Nobility wants to control but Dragunov is keeping him busy.

Nobility tries to move to mount but Dragunov blocks the move with his legs.

Dragunov scrambles and gets back to his feet.

Nobility shoots for a takedown but Dragunov saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Nobility.

Dragunov is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Nobility to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Nobility shrugs it off.

Nobility has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Dragunov after a bit of a struggle.

Dragunov gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Nobility regains guard.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Dragunov creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Nobility can't get the takedown.

Dragunov is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Dragunov's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Dragunov has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Horrible takedown by Dragunov or perhaps it was just good defense by Nobility which made him look bad.

Well Dragunov has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
