Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bam Margera! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Neto Ramalheiro! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Robert Twigg and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ramalheiro moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Ramalheiro tries to bum rush Margera with a series of wild strikes but Margera uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Ramalheiro tries to clinch but Margera moves away and Margera counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Ramalheiro is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Margera has taken the fight to the clinch.
Ramalheiro avoids the elbow strike from Margera, against the cage.
Margera pulls guard. Margera is looking to stand up but Ramalheiro isn't so interested in that idea. Ramalheiro has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Margera is proving hard to escape from. Ramalheiro prevents Margera from getting back to his feet. Margera has a closed guard, preventing Ramalheiro from standing up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Margera avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ramalheiro wanted to stand there but Margera had control of the position. Margera knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ramalheiro on the ground. Ramalheiro prevents Margera from getting back to his feet.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Ramalheiro lands with a shot to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ramalheiro scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Margera darts in and clinches Ramalheiro up against the cage. A shot in the inside from Margera. Ramalheiro pulls guard successfully.
Margera prevents Ramalheiro from getting back to his feet. Ramalheiro not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Margera would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Ramalheiro wants to get back to his feet but Margera is in a dominant position and won't allow it. This has been an exciting period of action! Margera wants to stand but Ramalheiro has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Margera postures up.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Neto Ramalheiro hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Margera slips under a jab. Ramalheiro shoots in but no luck this time. Ramalheiro looks gassed! Margera connects with a looping right hand.
Margera takes the fight into the clinch. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Margera takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Margera manages to break the clinch.
Margera darts in and clinches Ramalheiro up against the cage. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Ramalheiro stalling in the clinch but Margera improves position. Margera breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Margera ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Excellent takedown into side control there by Margera. Margera wants to stand but Ramalheiro has him controlled and pulls him back into his guard. Ramalheiro working a defensive guard here.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Margera prevents Ramalheiro from getting back to his feet. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Margera wants to stand but Ramalheiro has a closed guard, so he can't escape. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Bam Margera will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Ramalheiro throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Ramalheiro tries to close the distance and clinch but Margera swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. A combination from Margera does no damage. Margera fails to land with a series of punches.
Ramalheiro connects with a single shot there. Margera takes the fight into the clinch. Margera has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Ramalheiro uses from the top position. Ramalheiro wants to stand but Margera has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Ramalheiro trying to control but Margera is working from the bottom.

The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Margera wants to get back to his feet but Ramalheiro is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Ramalheiro wants to clinch up but Margera keeps it at a distance. Ramalheiro tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Margera counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ramalheiro closes the distance looking to clinch and Margera counters by moving into the clinch. Still in the clinch, Ramalheiro scores with a nice short uppercut. Ramalheiro has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Margera jumps into guard, dragging Ramalheiro to the mat.
Ramalheiro wants to stand but Margera has a closed guard, so he can't escape. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ramalheiro won't allow Margera to get back to his feet.

Margera is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Neto Ramalheiro will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Ramalheiro shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Ramalheiro misses with a double jab
and Margera counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Ramalheiro thinking. Ramalheiro with a body punch. A glancing blow. Margera lands with a nice body punch. Ramalheiro on the wrong end of a nice hook. Ramalheiro is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Margera. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Margera lands with a right hand. Margera throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Ramalheiro on the side of the head. Margera has managed to clinch.
Ramalheiro is fighting off a takedown attempt but Margera is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Ramalheiro to the mat. Ramalheiro regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ramalheiro is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Margera would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Ramalheiro wants to stand up but Margera is controlling him. Margera wanted to stand there but Ramalheiro had control of the position. Margera trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Bam Margera overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Ramalheiro seems keen to control Margera's posture.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Ramalheiro moves in looking to clinch but Margera pushes him off. Bam Margera is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Margera swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Ramalheiro slips a jab and a cross from Margera.
A telegraphed right hand from Ramalheiro misses the target. A slow jab from Margera misses its intended target. Ramalheiro moves in looking to clinch but Margera pushes him off. Ramalheiro wants to clinch up but Margera keeps it at a distance. Ramalheiro lands a jab-cross combination. Ramalheiro lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Margera takes the fight into the clinch. A short left from Margera. Margera misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Ramalheiro.
Ramalheiro is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Margera is keeping busy. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Margera creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Margera tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Ramalheiro just stands there and leans against the cage. Margera breaks from the clinch.
Ramalheiro throws a body punch but Margera moves out of range. Ramalheiro looks to land a left hand but Margera moved out of range nicely. Ramalheiro is looking to clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ramalheiro wants to clinch and Margera counters with a series of strikes. Ramalheiro will be more careful next time no doubt. The fighters circle momentarily. Margera darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Ramalheiro swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Margera rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ramalheiro moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Ramalheiro throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Some wild striking there from Margera.
Ramalheiro is looking to clinch but Margera is avoiding it.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ramalheiro wants to clinch but Margera slips to the side and Margera counters with a stiff right hand.
And that's the end of the fight! Bam Margera showed his dominance in that final round. Well Margera has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
