Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Adolf Dass!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, William Gold and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James keeps the fight on the outside.
Dass stuffs the takedown.
Dass misses with a takedown attempt
and James counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Dass wants to clinch
letting James counter with a right hand.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Dass digs a right hand into James's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on James's gas tank.
Dass has James pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. James manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Dass goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, James has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Dass but great work by James.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dass tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but James wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Dass is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Dass is on top in guard.

James pushes Dass up against the cage in a clinch.
Dass struggles to land a body shot inside as James controls his hands.
Nice body punch from Dass - that landed with a thud.

Dass is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. James can't fight it off and eventually Dass manages to take the fight to the floor. James looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

James changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Dass fights it off and pushes away nicely.

and James counters with a series of strikes. Dass will be more careful next time no doubt.

James moves into range and clinches up with Dass.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Dass manages to break the clinch.

James forces Dass back against the cage and clinches.

James clinches up with Dass and pushes him back against the cage.

Dass is fighting off a takedown attempt but James is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Dass to the mat. Dass regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Dass is trying to push James off with his feet but James grabs hold of one of the legs and drops back looking for a submission! He's cranking on one of Dass's ankles and Dass is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaall over!
