Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dominik Cyran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bas Rutten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bas Rutten told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cyran throws a shot to the body.
A lazy left from Cyran finds it's target.
Rutten tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Cyran swivels and escapes.
Cyran tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Cyran scores with a one two! Rutten had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
It looks like Bas Rutten has been cut.
Cyran misses with a hook. Rutten ducked under it nicely.
Cyran lands a nice looking body kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Cyran looks to land a body kick but Rutten moved away.
Cyran stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Cyran wants it to stay on the feet.
Rutten shoots in for a double leg but Cyran sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Cyran throws a powerful right kick. Rutten tried to block low but the kick was high! Rutten was taken right off of his feet! Cyran jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
