Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brian Estep (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nathaniel Price (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Estep's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Courageous. Price is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Thunderstruck. This should be fireworks!

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Nathaniel Price! The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Bruno Hogan and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Price throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Estep counters with a crisp one two that drops Price! Estep thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Price to his feet! Price is in big trouble! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Estep tries to keep at a distance but Price has taken the fight into the clinch. Estep lands a nice elbow.
It looks like Nathaniel Price has been cut. Estep has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Price after a bit of a struggle. Estep tries to land knees in the clinch but Price avoids the damage to the body. Estep missing with knees to the body.
Estep is pressed up against the cage. Price has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Estep down to the mat. Estep avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Price throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Estep. Price throws a head kick that misses. Price fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Price tries to score a power double leg takedown but Estep sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Price somewhat. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Price walks away with a smile on his face. Estep gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Price closes the distance and clinches up with Estep, looking for a takedown. Price pushes Estep against the cage but Estep circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Price pushes Estep up against the cage in a clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Estep has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Price works on Estep's body with a couple of short punches. Estep gets through Price's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Estep lands a knee to the body.
Price looks gassed! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! An uppercut to the body lands inside from Estep. Estep jumps guard.
Estep is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Price has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Estep is proving hard to escape from. Estep wriggles free and stands up. Estep rushes Price and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Price keeping moving, preventing Estep from controlling successfully. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Estep stands and steps away. Price gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Estep blocks the body kick.

Price tries to score a body lock takedown but Estep shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Estep lands a left hand that snaps the head of Price backwards. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Estep throws a one two combo.

It's got to the stage where if one of these guys blows hard enough, the other might fall over. That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Estep takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Estep bucks up and throws Price to the side - he's got back to his feet. Great escape! Estep moves to clinch but Price breaks away and Price counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Price wants to control from the top but Estep keeps moving. Price with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Price pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Estep is keeping the position for now.

Price has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Estep clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Estep manages to reverse the position and now he's in Price's guard. Nice work there by Estep.

Price keeping moving, preventing Estep from controlling successfully.
