Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sokure Randall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Hensley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Randall comes to the cage accompanied by bodies. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Sokure Randall! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dan Hensley! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, John Mangel and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Randall looks to land a body kick but Hensley moved away. Randall shoots for a double leg takedown but Hensley sprawls well. He's pushed Randall's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Randall moves in looking to clinch but Hensley pushes him off. Randall gets caught napping as Hensley dives in and scores a takedown. Randall manages to retain guard. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Randall looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Randall looking for a guillotine here but Hensley defends easily.
Hensley is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Randall is working an open guard so Hensley takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Hensley fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Randall sprawls well initially but Hensley persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Hensley wants to get back to his feet.
Hensley really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Randall. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Randall is looking to escape.
That's one minute gone in the round. Randall is looking to improve his position.
Still in half guard, Hensley seems content to control. Hensley seems to be working for a kimura but Randall defends the submission attempt. Randall actively working from the bottom here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hensley is working for a submission of some sort.
Randall pushes Hensley off looking to stand but Hensley dives back in and keeps control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hensley is figuring out what he wants to do next.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Randall is trying to maintain the position but Hensley is very close to passing his half guard. Hensley stands up from half guard. Randall is breathing heavily. Randall fails with the takedown. Randall fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hensley manages to avoid it. Hensley scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Hensley shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Randall missing with punches from the bottom.
Hensley stands up from half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hensley attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Hensley pushes Randall up against the cage in a clinch. Randall tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Hensley gets underhooks to prevent Randall's takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sokure Randall. That's going to take a lot out of him. Hensley lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Randall backwards. Randall is fighting off a takedown attempt but Hensley is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Randall to the mat. Randall regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Hensley stands up and waves to Randall to follow him. Sokure Randall seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hensley shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Randall keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Randall sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hensley works his way into full mount! Hensley controlling from mount. Hensley wants to control the pace but Randall is squirming around nicely. Randall is desperately trying to improve his position but Hensley has a good base and remains in mount. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Hensley controlling his opponent. Randall working to try and regain half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dan Hensley dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Hensley throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Randall tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Hensley is in Randall's guard. Randall tries to land a sweep but no joy. Randall looking for a guillotine here but Hensley defends easily.
Hensley trying to control the position from guard on top but Randall is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Randall is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Hensley defends well. Hensley wants to control from the top but Randall keeps moving. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Randall looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hensley pushes down on Randall's leg and manages to get into half guard. Hensley stops Randall from getting back to his feet.
Hensley is looking to advance position but Randall won't allow it. Hensley seems to be working for a kimura but Randall defends the submission attempt. Hensley gets to his feet - back to striking we go! Randall is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Hensley tries to land a front kick but Randall steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hensley throws a series of punches but Randall avoids them all with ease. Hensley drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hensley wants to lay and pray for a moment but Randall keeps working. Randall tries to improve position but can't. Hensley blocks the strikes from Randall.
A lull in the action here as Hensley stalls from top position. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Hensley decides to stand back up. Hensley steps back and let's Randall get back to his feet. Randall shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Randall was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Randall punching from mount but Hensley doing a good job of avoiding damage. Randall thowing shots but they're missing. Hensley is looking to improve his position but Randall isn't that keen on the idea. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Hensley can do anything to dispel that myth. Dan Hensley has got the better of the ground game so far. Hensley tries to hold on but Randall postures up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hensley is trying to escape the mount.
Randall misses with a head shot. Randall is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Hensley can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Randall prevents Hensley from getting the reversal. Randall breaks from Hensley's wrist control and lands an elbow. Randall jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Hensley is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Hensley and Randall has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Hensley is looking for a sweep. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dan Hensley showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Hensley gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Randall accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Randall trying to control but Hensley is working from the bottom. Randall thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Hensley wants to sweep but no luck. Hensley had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Randall defends it easily. Randall is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Hensley not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hensley bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Randall's guard. Hensley must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Hensley got a little sloppy there for a moment and Randall has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Hensley has managed to get both his arms back between Randall's legs - danger averted. Randall being controlled here, momentarily. Randall is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Hensley defends well. Hensley scoring with punches to the head and body. Hensley gets to his feet - Randall follows without any prompting. Hensley bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Randall wants to clinch up but Hensley keeps it at a distance. No luck with that takedown attempt from Randall. Hensley bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Randall with a lazy takedown attempt and Hensley counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Randall's guard now. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Randall keeping full guard, as Hensley tries to pass. Randall is trying to control the position but Hensley postures up. Randall throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Randall thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Hensley stops Randall from standing up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hensley controlling from the top position. Randall looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Hensley prevents Randall from getting back to his feet. Hensley is working Randall over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Randall bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hensley's guard. Randall won't allow Hensley to sweep him here. Randall tries to free his leg and advance position but Hensley is retaining full guard. Randall throwing strikes from guard but Hensley blocks nicely. Hensley working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Randall doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Hensley is tightening it up a little... Randall has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Randall reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Randall taps out! Nice BJJ there by Hensley!
