Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Henley Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josaf Tanil (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Henley Harris! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Josaf Tanil! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Atkins and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Harris shoots in and bounces Tanil off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Tanil is wriggling around but Harris manages to pass to half guard.
Harris is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Tanil is just riding it out for now. Harris eventually gives up the hold. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Harris seems to be looking for submissions.

Tanil tries to get to full guard but Harris has control of the leg. Harris is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Harris is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Tanil is trying to control but can't.
Tanil is trying to get back to full guard. Harris lands strikes from half guard. Tanil has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Harris is working away from the top position though. Tanil trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Harris manages to pass to mount!

That's two minutes gone in the round. Harris looking to secure an arm triangle but Tanil defends it well. Harris raining down hammerfists from mount. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Harris working the ground and pound effectively.
Harris avoids the attempt from Tanil to control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Harris lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Tanil hang on? Tanil has given up his back.
Harris avoiding Tanil 's attempts to control his hands. Tanil rolls, trying to escape but Harris keeps control of the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Harris is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Tanil with him. Tanil is trying to defend but Harris has an arm under the chin now! Tanil grimaces and is forced to tap out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Henley Harris!
