Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vladimir Goryachev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Erlenmeyer Flask (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Vladimir Goryachev! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Erlenmeyer Flask! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Goryachev checks a leg kick. Flask takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Flask gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Goryachev tries to clinch there but Flask circles away.
Flask clinches up against the cage. Flask tries for a takedown but Goryachev manages to get underhooks.
Goryachev lands an elbow inside that Flask shrugs off.
It looks like Erlenmeyer Flask has been cut. Flask tries to throw a body punch but Goryachev avoids it by throwing Flask back against the cage. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Goryachev can't seem to implement his control oriented gameplan at the moment. That's no bad thing of course, for those of us who want to see a good fight. Flask can't find room to land a body shot as Goryachev controls the action.
Goryachev taking a breather. Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Goryachev obliges. Goryachev lands a nice elbow. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Flask. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Goryachev effectively controlling the action here. Flask's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
That's one minute gone in the round. Goryachev with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Goryachev utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Goryachev gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Flask throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Goryachev blocks it with crossed arms. Goryachev with a knee to the head.
Flask is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Goryachev gets underhooks to prevent Flask's takedown attempt.
Vladimir Goryachev has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Erlenmeyer Flask. Flask wants to take the fight to the mat but Goryachev manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Goryachev connects with a knee to the head.
That has opened up Erlenmeyer Flask's cut even more. Flask misses with a short punch on the inside. Goryachev lands an elbow inside. Goryachev lands a knee to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Goryachev is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body. Flask is looking to control Goryachev's arms but Goryachev gets an underhook and turns him. Now Flask has his back to the cage. Flask tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Goryachev's elbow. Flask tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Flask looks gassed! Flask is looking to control Goryachev's arms but Goryachev gets an underhook and turns him. Now Flask has his back to the cage. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Goryachev landing knees to the head.

The cut above Erlenmeyer Flask's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Flask throws a punch but it's blocked by Goryachev.

Flask lands on the inside with an uppercut. Flask tries to throw a body punch but Goryachev avoids it by throwing Flask back against the cage. Goryachev avoiding damage.

Erlenmeyer Flask's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters. Goryachev lands a nice elbow.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Erlenmeyer Flask's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
