The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Dillan Fox and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malik fails to land the takedown.
Malik clinches up with De carolis and pushes him back against the cage.
Malik keeps control of De carolis as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Malik lands a nice knee to the body.
De carolis tries to pull guard but Malik won't allow it.
De carolis ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. De carolis no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

De carolis should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
