Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kaz Hayashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Richard Sullivan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kaz Hayashi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Richard Sullivan! The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shigeki Sano and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hayashi takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Sullivan goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Hayashi swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Sullivan counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Good exchange - Sullivan coming out on top. Hayashi throws a nice looking combination but Sullivan bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Sullivan digs a good hook to Hayashi's body.
Hayashi misses with a low kick. Sullivan slips a jab and a cross from Hayashi.
This has been an exciting period of action! Sullivan ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Sullivan fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Hayashi looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Hayashi shoots in for a takedown but Sullivan shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Sullivan dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Hayashi is breathing heavily. Nice body punch from Sullivan. Sullivan scores with a sloppy right hand. Hayashi should have avoided that one. Hayashi tries to bum rush Sullivan with a series of wild strikes but Sullivan uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Sullivan is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Hayashi rather than just go for the knockout. Sullivan cracks Hayashi with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
It looks like Kaz Hayashi has been cut. Hayashi doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sullivan drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Hayashi's head, knocking him out cold! Sullivan is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:07 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Richard Sullivan!
