The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Eliza Hachem and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stark rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Gracie moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Stark lands a nice looking body shot.
Gracie tries to clinch but Stark is having none of it.
Stark lands a jab-cross combination.
Stark throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Stark misses with a wild combination.
Stark avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Gracie looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Stark is fending him off so far but Gracie persists. Nope, Stark circles away and we're back to standing.
Stark lands a jab.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Stark drops Gracie with a beautiful combination! Gracie stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Stark is looking for the KO!

Tony Stark is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Gracie backs away from a small jab... but Stark lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Gracie crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Stark with a spectacular finish!
