The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nurminen jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Nurminen pushes Jennum up against the ropes in a clinch.
Nurminen looking to stall.
A nice left hand lands by Nurminen.
Nurminen lands with a right to the head.

Jennum drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Nurminen gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Jennum wants to take the fight to the mat but Nurminen manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Nurminen takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Jennum's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Jennum changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Nurminen fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Jennum takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Nurminen connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Nurminen feints with a jab and clips Jennum right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Jennum is sent crashing into the canvas and Nurminen leaps in for the kill! Jennum tries to get to his feet but Nurminen is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Jennum is in need of a savior and steps in!
