Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Martin Kay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leon Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kay throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Jackson counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Kay thinking.
Kay tries to clinch up but Jackson circles away and keeps his distance.
Jackson dodges the punch combination from Kay.
Kay fails in his attempt to clinch.
Martin Kay seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kay walks into a left hand.
Jackson's jab looks to have found its range, popping Kay under the eye.
Jackson keeps the fight on the outside.

That was a close second round but I would say that Martin Kay will probably get the nod.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Martin Kay.
I think Kay has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
