Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Steve Deniro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hector Lombard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Deniro comes to the cage accompanied by The rage. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Steve Deniro!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hector Lombard!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Shigeki Fujiwara and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Deniro shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Lombard but Lombard pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Deniro throws a series of punches but Lombard moves out of range.
Deniro throws a hook but Lombard blocks it.
Lombard showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Deniro.
Lombard avoids a kick to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lombard circles away from the clinch attempt
and Lombard counters by moving into the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Deniro is looking to break free of the clinch but Lombard has double underhooks.
Lombard breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Deniro is defended easily by Lombard.
Lombard rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Deniro moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Deniro swings and misses with a hook to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lombard misses with a double jab
letting Deniro counter with a right hand.
It looks like Hector Lombard has been cut.
Deniro tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Lombard is able to avoid easily.
Sloppy strikes from Lombard. Those never looked like landing.
Deniro misses with a low kick.
Deniro pivots, looking for a leg kick but Lombard is out of range and Deniro settles back down.
Deniro lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Deniro throws a leg kick that misses.
Deniro swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Lombard lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Lombard moves forwards but Deniro connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Lombard ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Deniro moves away.
Deniro drops Lombard with a straight right hand, right on the button! Deniro follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Steve Deniro!
Steve Deniro bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
