Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Schrank (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mana Sato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Frank Schrank has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Frank Schrank! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mana Sato! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Yuuki Gou and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Schrank throws a quick inside leg kick. Sato fails with a takedown attempt. Schrank cracks Sato with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Sato tries to score a power double leg takedown but Schrank sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Sato somewhat. Sato looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Frank Schrank has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mana Sato. Schrank lands a nice leg kick that just misses Sato's sensitive parts. This has been an exciting period of action! Sato is trying hard to land a takedown here. Schrank sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Mana Sato seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sato shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Schrank counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. Sato looks gassed! Schrank throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Schrank scores with a head kick.
It looks like Mana Sato has been cut. Jab by Schrank. Schrank closes the distance and pushes Sato back into the cage. Schrank lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Sato backwards.
That's one minute gone in the round. Schrank lands a shoulder strike. A short right from Schrank on the inside. Schrank stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Schrank works on Sato's body with a couple of short punches. Schrank softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Schrank presses Sato against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Schrank just leaning against Sato, taking a breather. Schrank lands with a short head shot on the inside. Schrank lands a body shot in the clinch.
A short right from Schrank. Sato letting Schrank take a breather here. Schrank scores with a hook to the body. Schrank pushes Sato back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A left hand lands to the body for Schrank.
Schrank scores with a shoulder strike. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Schrank takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Sato tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Schrank just stands there and leans against the cage. Schrank throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Satos head. Schrank lands with a left to the head. Schrank lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Schrank pushes Sato back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Schrank has Sato pressed against the cage.
Nice body punch from Schrank.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Schrank is stalling here.
Schrank lands a right hand that snaps the head of Sato backwards. Schrank taking a breather. The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Frank Schrank. Schrank keeps Sato at a distance using the push kick. A decent looking body kick lands there for Schrank. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Schrank scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Schrank throws a quick inside leg kick. Schrank scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Schrank throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Sato's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Schrank dives in looking to finish as Sato flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Schrank's strikes! Schrank is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Sato's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Sato was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Frank Schrank! An out of breath Frank Schrank thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
