Van Gogh comes to the cage accompanied by Carl Orff - O Fortuna. Vincent Van Gogh could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Aaron Windham's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Vincent Van Gogh! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Aaron Windham! The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Steve Erwin and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Van Gogh drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Van Gogh delivers a nice body kick. Van Gogh throws a looping overhand right but Windham ducks down to avoid it. Windham scores with a crisp jab that stopped Van Gogh in his tracks. No luck with that takedown attempt from Windham. Windham fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Van Gogh tries to close the distance and clinch but Windham swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Windham shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Van Gogh but Van Gogh pushes him off and we're back to square one. Vincent Van Gogh has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aaron Windham. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A nice leg kick lands there from Van Gogh.
That's one minute gone in the round. Windham avoids a punch combination nicely.
Nice sprawl there from Van Gogh as Windham shoots in. Windham throws a body punch but Van Gogh moves out of range. Van Gogh throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. Windham misses with a takedown and Van Gogh counters with a head kick. That will keep Windham thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Van Gogh fakes the leg kick and cracks Windham in the body. Windham looks gassed! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Van Gogh stuns Windham with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A nice leg kick lands there from Van Gogh. Van Gogh closes the distance and clinches. Van Gogh lands a left hand.
It looks like Aaron Windham has been cut. Van Gogh lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Van Gogh lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Windham backwards. Van Gogh lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Van Gogh working some nice short punches in the clinch. Nice elbow from Van Gogh. Windham throws a punch but it's blocked by Van Gogh. Windham misses with a punch to the body.
A left hand lands to the body for Van Gogh.
Van Gogh jerks Windham's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Windham drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Van Gogh goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Van Gogh because Windham was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
