Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andres Bonifacio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Sailo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adam Sailo is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Adam Sailo! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yuuki Gou and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bonifacio tries to sprawl but Sailo drives through with a takedown into half guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Bonifacio is staying active underneath Sailo, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Sailo trying to control the pace. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sailo stops Bonifacio from getting back to his feet.
Sailo seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bonifacio does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Sailo missing with the ground and pound from half guard.

Sailo tries to clinch but Bonifacio is having none of it. A combination from Bonifacio does no damage. Bonifacio displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Sailo. Bonifacio manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Sailo looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bonifacio is fending him off so far but Sailo persists. Nope, Bonifacio circles away and we're back to standing. Andres Bonifacio has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adam Sailo. Sailo needs to keep his hands up - Bonifacio had a free shot at his head there. Andres Bonifacio is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Sailo tries to clinch up but Bonifacio circles away and keeps his distance. Bonifacio's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Bonifacio duly obliges. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sailo shoots in for a takedown but Bonifacio shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Sailo looks gassed! Bonifacio will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Bonifacio really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Bonifacio scores with a punch to the head.

Bonifacio connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Sailo tries for a takedown but Bonifacio sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. A right-left combo lands from Bonifacio. Bonifacio is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Bonifacio tries to bum rush Sailo with a series of wild strikes but Sailo uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Sailo closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Sailo on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Bonifacio lands a left and a right that send Sailo crashing to the mat, dazed. Bonifacio thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Sailo is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Bonifacio, right into the meat.
Sailo is still on wobbly legs! Can Bonifacio finish him? Bonifacio swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Bonifacio lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Sailo at a distance.
Sailo throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Sailo seems to have recovered his senses. Bonifacio misses with a wild combination.
Bonifacio is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sailo scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Sailo seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bonifacio does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Bonifacio tries to kick Sailo off but Sailo keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Sailo seems to be looking for submissions.
Sailo passes to side control. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Sailo in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Bonifacio is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
