The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quinn misses with a looping right.

and Burns counters by moving into the clinch.
Burns works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Quinn has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Burns can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Burns connects with a nice short shot to Quinn's temple.
Burns is trying to work for a kimura but Quinn is defending well.
Burns working over Quinn with some ground and pound. Quinn looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Quinn has hold of Burns's hands but Burns slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Burns fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Quinn, pushing him back against the cage.

Burns stands up and beckons Quinn to join him on the feet.
Burns shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Burns is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Quinn goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Burns!
