The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Monet looks to land a combination but Lebedev avoids it well.
Monet tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lebedev was well out of range. Poor timing from Monet.
Monet throws a right and a left that both miss.
Lebedev swings for the body but Monet moves out of range.
A left lands for Lebedev.
Lebedev ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Grigori Lebedev seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Monet takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Nice defenses there by Lebedev.
Lebedev circles away from the clinch attempt.
Monet throws a lazy uppercut
and Lebedev counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
It looks like Raphael Monet has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Lebedev moves out of range as Monet strikes.
Lebedev connects with an inside leg kick.
Lebedev throws a front kick that sends Monet stumbling back into the cage.
Monet is breathing heavily.
Lebedev scores with a crisp jab that stopped Monet in his tracks.
