Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Scott Gibson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hank Blair (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blair has chosen Bullet by Creed as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Trevor Gratis and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gibson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Blair pinned against the cage. Blair gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Gibson walks into a straight right hand from Blair.
It looks like Scott Gibson has been cut.
Nice shot lands for Blair.
Gibson rushes Blair and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Gibson tries for a takedown but Blair manages to get underhooks.
Blair breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Gibson fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Blair is out of range.
Blair misses with a looping left.
Gibson showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Blair.
Gibson bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Blair slaps away a takedown attempt from Gibson, before circling back to the center of the mat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Scott Gibson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Gibson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Blair swivels and escapes.
Blair stuffs the takedown.
Blair throws a body punch but Gibson moves out of range.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Blair closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Gibson is looking to clinch but Blair is avoiding it.
Gibson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Blair tries to avoid it but Gibson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Blair to the ground. Blair escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Blair defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Gibson.
Gibson is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Blair.
Gibson is breathing heavily.
Nice shot lands for Blair.
Scott Gibson's cut is getting worse.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gibson shoots for a takedown but Blair saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Gibson takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Blair lands with a right that hurts Gibson. Gibson looks to clinch but Blair throws a short knee that drops Gibson. This one is all over!
