Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Martin Hacker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gabz Severi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Severi's choice of entrance music: just a lil bit - 50 cent. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Martin Hacker! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Gabz Severi! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Glass and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Severi keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Hacker. Severi misses with a wild combination.
Severi swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A swing and a miss from Severi. Severi gets caught flat footed, as Hacker shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Hacker throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Hacker sitting in guard here, content to control. Hacker pushes down on Severi's leg and manages to get into half guard. Hacker keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hacker trying to mount his opponent but Severi defends it. Hacker throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Hacker has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Hacker performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Hacker's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Martin Hacker just wasn't active enough. Severi looks to land a combination but Hacker avoids it well. Severi thows a left - swing and a miss! Severi tries to sprawl but Hacker drives through with a takedown into half guard. Hacker working over Severi with some ground and pound. Severi looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Hacker is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Severi! Severi in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Severi looks gassed! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Hacker raining down hammerfists from mount. Hacker is in the full mount, landing strikes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Severi is in a horrible position here. Hacker smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
