Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between M C Hammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bronco Buster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hammer comes into the arena with M.C. Hammer: U Cant Touch This blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hammer throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Buster uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hammer.
Hammer scores with a shot to the body.

Buster moves into the clinch.
Hammer lands a right hand.
Hammer blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Hammer tries to work over Buster's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Hammer tries to throw a body punch but Buster avoids it by throwing Hammer back against the cage.

Buster tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Buster blocks a body shot from Hammer.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hammer struggles to land a body shot inside as Buster controls his hands.
Buster trying to stall but Hammer improves his position.
Buster wants to take the fight to the mat but Hammer manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
M C Hammer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bronco Buster.

Hammer breaks the clinch.
Hammer throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Hammer explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Buster crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Hammer - the referee stops the clock and Buster gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Hammer. Buster manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Hammer thows a left - swing and a miss!
Hammer throws a sloppy head kick and Buster moves out of range easily.
M C Hammer is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Hammer tries to close the distance and clinch up but Buster swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Buster lands a jab to the nose.

Hammer lands a nice shot that snaps Buster's head back.
Hammer moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Buster is rocked!
Hammer uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Buster.
Buster moves out of range of the leg kick from Hammer.
Hammer swings for the body but Buster moves out of range.
Buster throws a big shot that misses.

Buster closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Hammer to the mat! Hammer manages to get full guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Buster gets cracked there but stands up to it.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Buster lands with a nice body punch.
Buster blocks a head kick by Hammer.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

M C Hammer dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Hammer tries to close the distance and clinch but Buster swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
M C Hammer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hammer fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Buster.
Buster needs to keep his hands up - Hammer had a free shot at his head there.
Buster scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Hammer doesn't seem bothered though.

Buster ducks under a wild hook from Hammer.
The fighters circling - Buster throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Hammer takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Buster is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Hammer rather than just go for the knockout.
Buster lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Hammer backs up against the cage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Buster connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Hammer shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Buster looks to score with a jab to the body but Hammer is just out of range.

Hammer closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Hammer pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Buster - that will leave a mark!
Buster shoots in looking for a takedown but Hammer manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Buster's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Hammer thows a body shot but no joy.
Nice shot lands for Hammer.
Buster works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Hammer fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Hammer. Buster shrugs it off though.
Buster is breathing heavily.
Hammer takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Hammer wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Buster has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Hammer.

Hammer throws a low kick but Buster avoids it.
Hammer lands a glancing blow to the side of Buster's head.

Hammer feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Buster sprawling to the canvas! Buster rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Hammer finish him?!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hammer circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Buster to the canvas! Buster doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Hammer keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
