Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Timothy Mcgee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mcgee comes to the cage accompanied by McGee. Timothy Mcgee had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 206.5lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Mcgee closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Gracie is trying to get back to full guard.
Gracie works his way to full guard. Good work.
Gracie keeping moving, preventing Mcgee from controlling successfully.
Gracie is looking for a triangle but Mcgee pushes his legs off easily.
Gracie throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Mcgee wants to get up but he can't break Gracie's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Gracie lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Mcgee!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Gracie working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.

Gracie jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Mcgee is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Mcgee and Gracie has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gracie wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Mcgee, who protects the arm well.
Gracie tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Gracie working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Gracie is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Mcgee has escaped the position, nice work there.
Mcgee struggling a bit here.
Gracie tries for a kimura but Mcgee is defending well.
Gracie is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Mcgee knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Gracie is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Mcgee is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Gracie has knee on belly momentarily but Mcgee bucks him off and regains half guard.
Gracie is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Mcgee makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Mcgee.
Gracie is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Mcgee is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Mcgee has escaped and now he's on top!

Gracie has his foot on Mcgee's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Mcgee works his way back into a safe position though.

Gracie is looking for a triangle but Mcgee pushes his legs off easily.
Mcgee seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Gracie looking for a guillotine here but Mcgee defends easily.
Gracie looks gassed!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Mcgee throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Peter Gracie dominated that round.
That's time! Mcgee's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
An inside leg kick lands from Mcgee.
Mcgee darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Mcgee wants to work for an arm triangle but Gracie is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Gracie is pressing down on Mcgee's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Gracie is working an open guard so Mcgee takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Gracie dives in and scores a takedown into Mcgee's guard.
Gracie drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Mcgee dives on top into guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gracie has his feet on Mcgee's thighs here. He's pushed Mcgee off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Mcgee screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
