Kharinov comes into the arena with Metallica - For Whom The Bell Tolls blaring out of the sound system. McGinley is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Big Dogs Anthem. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kharinov throws a poor cross that misses
and McGinley counters with a low kick, right behind Kharinov 's knee.
A decent looking cross lands there for Kharinov.

and McGinley counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
McGinley throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Kharinov fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches McGinley on the side of the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kharinov throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

and Kharinov takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Kharinov fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

McGinley ducks under a wild hook from Kharinov.
McGinley lands a jab to Kharinov's midsection.
A decent looking cross lands there for McGinley.
McGinley avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
McGinley moves away from the strike by Kharinov.
Kharinov misses with a left hand
and McGinley counters with a three punch combo that has Kharinov backing up. Kharinov nods at McGinley to acknowledge the strikes.
Kharinov is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Kharinov throws an ugly left hook that misses
and McGinley counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Kharinov swings widly with a right hand
and McGinley counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Kharinov takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Kharinov is breathing heavily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
McGinley tries to clinch but Kharinov moves out of range.

McGinley connects with a single shot there.

McGinley closes the distance and clinches.
Kharinov prevents a body shot from McGinley.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from McGinley.

McGinley breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
McGinley has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Kharinov's hands are dropping dangerously low here and McGinley connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Kharinov scrambles back to his feet.

McGinley digs a good hook to Kharinov's body.
A jab lands there for McGinley.
McGinley slips a jab from Kharinov.
McGinley throws a series of punches but Kharinov avoids them all with ease.
McGinley lunges at Kharinov with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Kharinov's hand.

Kharinov is rocked!
McGinley feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Kharinov crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
