PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Keith Keystone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alejandro Garcia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Garcia comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The Slam kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Winston Howard and Hugh Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Keystone lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Garcia ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Keystone moves away.
Garcia throws a jab but it's blocked by Keystone.
Keystone looks to score with a jab to the body but Garcia is just out of range.

Keystone has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Keystone stalks Garcia and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Garcia's face. Garcia staggers backwards, shaken.
Garcia changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Keystone tries to avoid it but Garcia manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Keystone to the ground. Keystone escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Garcia with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Keystone to score with a decent uppercut.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
