Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sam Alito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joey Knish (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Knish has chosen Big Ten Inch by Areosmith as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Joey Knish was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Joey Knish!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Frank Dennis and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alito throws a nice looking combination but Knish bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Alito cracks Knish with a good jab.
Knish throws a good cross that connects.
Alito lands with a nice body kick.
Alito with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Alito misses with an attempted mid kick.
A low kick from Knish is predictable there
and Alito counters with an outside leg kick.
Knish avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Alito feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Knish's calf.
Knish keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Knish throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Knish tries to work over Alito's front leg with a kick but Alito checks it.
Nice body kick there by Alito.
Knish looks gassed!
Knish misses with a hook
and Alito counters with a three punch combo that has Knish backing up. Knish nods at Alito to acknowledge the strikes.
Knish throws a body kick that misses.
Alito lands a big head kick that sends Knish tumbling to the mat! Alito takes a step backwards and waves Knish back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Knish is rocked!
It looks like Joey Knish has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Alito feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Knish's calf.
Alito takes a swing at Knish's ribcage but misses.
Look low, kick high! Alito uses the oldest trick in the book to send Knish tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Alito is absolutely delighted - when Knish wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Sam Alito!
