The crowd seem to be enjoying Andric's choice of entrance music: The Crowning of Atlantis. Ivica Andric has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Nao Sakumichi's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sakumichi waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Andric.
Andric is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Nice defenses there by Sakumichi.
Sakumichi misses with a takedown
and Andric counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Andric scores with a jab to the body.
Andric misses with a straight left.
Andric punishes Sakumichi's body with a nice straight punch.
Andric tries to clinch but Sakumichi is having none of it.

Sakumichi shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

and Andric counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Sakumichi looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Andric is fending him off so far but Sakumichi persists. Nope, Andric circles away and we're back to standing.

Andric misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Andric cracks Sakumichi with a right hand to the side of the head.

Andric scores with a crisp jab that stopped Sakumichi in his tracks.
Sakumichi tries for a takedown but Andric sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Sakumichi shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Andric pinned against the cage. Andric gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Andric connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

Sakumichi fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Andric avoids it really well and circles away.
Sakumichi takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Andric leaves Sakumichi with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Sakumichi shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Sakumichi was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Andric is wriggling around trying to escape.

Sakumichi avoids the attempt from Andric to control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sakumichi is in the full mount, landing strikes.

Andric avoids a series of strikes thrown by Sakumichi.
Sakumichi thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.

Andric tries to hold on but Sakumichi pushes him away.
Sakumichi lands with some strikes.
Sakumichi misses with a head shot.
Sakumichi lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Andric is rocked!
Sakumichi looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Andric covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
