Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Russell Jacobs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nicolai Romanov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jacobs comes to the cage accompanied by WhiteRabbit-Percussion Gun. Romanov comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The Party kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jacobs throws a shot from downtown. Romanov moves away and avoids it.
Romanov looks to throw the jab but Jacobs is out of range.
Romanov throws a right hand that Jacobs ducks under and follows up with a left that Jacobs also avoids with ease.
Romanov uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Jacobs has time to react.
Romanov throws out a loose jab but Jacobs uses good head movement to avoid it.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Romanov got a little sloppy there for a moment and Jacobs has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Romanov has managed to get both his arms back between Jacobs's legs - danger averted.
