Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Schlock Leznar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christian Cong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leznar comes to the cage accompanied by The Champ by Ghostface Killah. Cong comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Jibbs - King Kong kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! This should be fireworks!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leznar shoots for a double leg takedown but Cong sprawls well. He's pushed Leznar's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Cong misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Schlock Leznar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cong misses with a right hand
and Leznar counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Cong throws a jab but it's blocked by Leznar.
Leznar moves out of range as Cong strikes.
Leznar shoots in for a takedown but Cong shows good takedown defense.
Cong bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
A jab from Leznar finds it's way through Cong's defenses.
Leznar shoots in for a double leg but Cong sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Schlock Leznar. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Leznar uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Cong.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Cong counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Cong missing with a left hand there. Leznar was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Leznar has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Leznar there as he acknowledges the shot.
It looks like Schlock Leznar has been cut.
Cong throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Leznar fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Leznar moves out of range as Cong strikes.
Leznar does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

and Cong counters with a two punch combo.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cong lands a jab to the head.
Leznar is breathing heavily.
Cong works Leznar's body with a nice hook.
Cong feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Leznar sprawling to the canvas! Leznar rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Cong finish him?!
Leznar is rocked!
Leznar loses concentration momentarily and Cong pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Leznar crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Cong finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Christian Cong!
