Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Terrance Grayson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kevin Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Grayson might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Ante up - M.O.P. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Daniel Bishop and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grayson decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Grayson prevents Smith from improving his position.
Smith is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Smith is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Grayson trying to control the pace.
Grayson seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Smith for as long as he can get away with.
Grayson wants to stand up but Smith is controlling the position.
Grayson looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Smith is looking to control Grayson's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Smith avoid being mounted?

Well, if Grayson is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Grayson has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Smith is trying desperately to improve position.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Grayson controlling from the full mount.
Grayson is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!
Smith has his takedown stuffed
and Grayson counters by moving into the clinch.
Grayson drops down looking for an ankle pick but Smith pulls his leg out and moves away.
Grayson scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Grayson in side control, just content to control the action for now.
Smith is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Grayson's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

Smith has a hand on Grayson's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Grayson takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
A nice elbow there by Grayson.
Smith is in all sorts of trouble here.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Grayson lands a big shot there that rocks Smith but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Smith tries to improve his position but instead Grayson has taken his back!

Smith tries to escape but Grayson has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
Smith looks gassed!
Grayson is punishing Smith with strikes - can he finish him?!
Smith wants to escape the position.
cage is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Smith.
Smith has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke.
Grayson lands an elbow to the side of the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Grayson darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Smith gets back to full guard.
Grayson won't allow Smith to sweep him here.
Smith looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Grayson puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Grayson works his foot free and advances to mount.
Smith is breathing heavily.
Smith throwing hammer fists to the chest of Grayson. What's that going to do exactly?

Grayson looking to control and managing it successfully.
Smith tries to improve his position but Grayson has taken his back! Grayson has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Smith tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Grayson Pushes Smith away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
