Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jake Snake! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Silco Deans! The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Deans gets the takedown into side control. Deans stands up and beckons Snake to his feet. Snake misses with a looping right. Deans shoots in and gets a takedown into Snake's guard. Snake is pulling down on Deans's head. It's preventing any offense from Deans, at least for the moment. Deans stopping the sweep attempt from Snake. Deans is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Snake has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Deans is looking to defend but Snake has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Deans! Snake pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Deans taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Jake Snake! An out of breath Jake Snake thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
