The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DeWebb is looking to slow Goebbels down with leg kicks.

DeWebb moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
DeWebb throws a series of punches but Goebbels moves out of range.

DeWebb goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Goebbels decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Goebbels is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, DeWebb has managed to free his arm - good work.
DeWebb knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Goebbels on the ground.
DeWebb is trying to stand up here but Goebbels is controlling him well.

Goebbels is working for a submission of some sort.

Goebbels is working for a kimura but DeWebb is defending it quite comfortably.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
