Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Elvis Blanc and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Griffin throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A solid body kick from Begbie.
Griffin tries to clinch up.

Begbie closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Griffin is trying to break the clinch but Begbie is controlling him.
Begbie on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Begbie breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Griffin misses with a body shot.
Griffin shoots for a double leg takedown but Begbie sprawls well. He's pushed Griffin's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Griffin.
Begbie cracks the inside of Griffin's front leg.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Both fighters circling a little - Begbie finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Griffin gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Begbie counters with a head kick that drops Griffin to the mat! Griffin scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Francis Begbie has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Forrest Griffin.
Griffin looks gassed!

Begbie connects with a leg kick. Griffin looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Griffin tries to clinch but Begbie is having none of it.

and Begbie counters with a body kick that stops Griffin in his tracks momentarily.
Begbie misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Begbie throws a powerful right kick. Griffin tried to block low but the kick was high! Griffin was taken right off of his feet! Begbie jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
