Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Josh The Hammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Petteri Vuorimaa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Josh The Hammer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Petteri Vuorimaa! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Arvi Lind and Tarja Halkonen.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vuorimaa misses with a head kick.
Vuorimaa should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. The Hammer lands with a slapping head kick. The Hammer keeps the fight on the outside. The Hammer tries to clinch but Vuorimaa moves away
and Vuorimaa counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in The Hammer's guard now. The Hammer wants to sweep here but Vuorimaa controlling him for the moment.
Vuorimaa stands and steps away. The Hammer gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. The Hammer tries to close the distance and clinch up but Vuorimaa swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Vuorimaa scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Vuorimaa thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed The Hammer's head. Vuorimaa passes to side control.
Vuorimaa working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Vuorimaa controlling from side mount.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Vuorimaa tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Vuorimaa happy to just control the position for now. The Hammer is looking for a sweep.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. The Hammer tries to escape but Vuorimaa is in control. The Hammer defending against the ground and pound. Vuorimaa creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Vuorimaa decides to stand up, so the ref orders The Hammer to his feet. The Hammer blocks a head kick by Vuorimaa.

Vuorimaa shoots in and bounces The Hammer off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The Hammer is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Vuorimaa forces his way into half guard.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Vuorimaa moves nicely into side control. Vuorimaa looks gassed! The Hammer wants to get back to his feet but Vuorimaa is dominant here and he's now got The Hammer's back! Vuorimaa trying to control but The Hammer is having none of it. The Hammer is looking to improve his position but Vuorimaa isn't that keen on the idea. The Hammer tries to hold on but Vuorimaa pushes him away.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Vuorimaa manages to capitalize on a mistake by The Hammer to take his back!

The Hammer tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Petteri Vuorimaa dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Vuorimaa changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. The Hammer looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Vuorimaa wants to control but The Hammer is keeping him busy. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Vuorimaa working away. Vuorimaa controls the position. The Hammer can't do much from the bottom here.
Vuorimaa working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. The Hammer is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Vuorimaa has just dragged him back down to the mat. Vuorimaa is breathing heavily.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Vuorimaa in particular looking to stall. The Hammer tries to get to full guard but Vuorimaa has control of the leg. The Hammer works his way to full guard. Good work. Petteri Vuorimaa has got the better of the ground game so far. The Hammer looking to control.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Vuorimaa won't allow The Hammer to get back to his feet. Vuorimaa postures up in The Hammer's guard and throws a big left but The Hammer blocks it.
Vuorimaa stands up from guard. Let's bang! The Hammer is looking to clinch.
Vuorimaa shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in The Hammer's guard. Vuorimaa trying to control but The Hammer is working from the bottom. Vuorimaa lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Vuorimaa controls from within his opponent's guard.

The Hammer is trying to maintain the position but Vuorimaa is very close to passing his half guard. Vuorimaa missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Vuorimaa passes to full mount! The Hammer is in all sorts of trouble here.

Vuorimaa escapes and gets back to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Petteri Vuorimaa showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Vuorimaa passes to full mount! The Hammer is desperately trying to improve his position but Vuorimaa has a good base and remains in mount. Vuorimaa takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Vuorimaa lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Vuorimaa has hold of The Hammer's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and The Hammer manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

The Hammer is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. The Hammer takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

The Hammer manages to regain half guard. Good work. Vuorimaa looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks The Hammer with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Vuorimaa slows the pace down in half guard. The Hammer has hold of Vuorimaa's hands but Vuorimaa slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. The Hammer is looking to escape. Vuorimaa controlling the action here.
