Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mason Dixon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luke Skywalker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Mason Dixon has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Mason Dixon seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Dixon. No joy for Skywalker on that attempt.

Skywalker has taken the fight to the clinch.
Skywalker wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Dixon has him pressed against the cage.
Skywalker gets underhooks to prevent Dixon's takedown attempt.
A frustrated look appears on Skywalker's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Skywalker tries to work over Dixon's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Skywalker is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Skywalker wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Dixon has him pressed against the cage.

Dixon has Skywalker pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Dixon pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Skywalker tumbling to the mat - Dixon dives into Skywalker's guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Skywalker is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Skywalker wants to stand and escape but Dixon is having none of it.
Dixon might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Skywalker controls Dixon momentarily but Dixon frees himself.

Dixon thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dixon is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Skywalker trying to keep a closed guard but Dixon is proving a slippery customer.

Skywalker is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Dixon is aware though and is defending well.
Dixon is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
