Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between George StPierre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Gilman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). StPierre comes to the cage accompanied by Flo Rida - Good Feeling. Gilman has chosen Walk as his entrance music. Jake Gilman is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gilman pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Gilman is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
StPierre fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Gilman, pushing him back against the cage.
StPierre drags the fight down to the ground.
Gilman wants to get up but he can't break StPierre's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
StPierre throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
StPierre is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Gilman defends well.
Gilman is looking to stand up but StPierre won't let him.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gilman must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

StPierre working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Gilman doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Gilman manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Gilman wants to stand and escape but instead StPierre has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Gilman holds on and takes a little breather.

Gilman leaves StPierre with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Oooooh!!! Gilman has knocked StPierre down with a huge combo! Gilman steps away and waves a wobbly StPierre back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
StPierre is rocked!
Gilman gets in close and tags StPierre with a short punch that almost sends StPierre to the mat! Oh StPierre is in big trouble! He turns his back on Gilman, trying to create some distance but Gilman rushes him, striking wildly and StPierre goes down! The referee tackles Gilman into the cage to end the fight! Gilman is one violent man!
