Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Richard Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sidney Humpstone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Richard Diaz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sidney Humpstone! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Alec Ball and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Humpstone is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Diaz's half guard. Diaz works his way to full guard. Good work. Diaz looking to control.
Diaz looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Humpstone stands up and waves to Diaz to follow him. Diaz tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Humpstone swivels and escapes. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Diaz shoots in for a double leg but Humpstone sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. A solid body kick from Humpstone. Diaz looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Richard Diaz. That's going to take a lot out of him. Humpstone scores with a takedown into Diaz's guard. Diaz is trying to control the position but Humpstone postures up. Humpstone trying to control the position from guard on top but Diaz is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. Diaz not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Humpstone trying to control but Diaz is working from the bottom. Humpstone really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Diaz. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Sidney Humpstone wasn't active enough on the ground. Humpstone fails to land with a series of punches.
Humpstone closes the distance but Diaz moves to the side and Diaz decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Humpstone's guard. Diaz sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Humpstone's guard. Humpstone looks gassed! Humpstone trying to hold on to Diaz's head to control him but Diaz postures up.
Diaz passes to side control. Diaz is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Humpstone's shoulder. That is not cool.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Humpstone gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Humpstone has left one of his arms exposed and Diaz doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Humpstone screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
